The FitMole Superman workout program is unique for many reasons, and your muscles are likely to respond extremely well to it. With this said, you must release some of the training rules that you have always thought were true. Workout 1 is just one example, in which you start with a back/chest superset and then move to a back/shoulder superset. Then you go back to the chest. A lot of guys would think that moving away from the chest would make it deflate. However, if you notice anything, you will notice that you get just as much of a boost in you pecs as you are likely to otherwise. Another problem that some are likely to have is the set number for each muscle group.
Shoulders, back and chest only receive eight total sets for each workout, while triceps and biceps get seven. This might not seem like enough, but remember that you are giving each body part some work twice a week, leading to 14 to 16 sets in total. Also, you are taking care of more than 40 sets in each workout. If you did any more, you would be likely to spend more time in the gym than you can fit into your day.

Learning a muscular shoulders routine is not too difficult because it can be done by spending only a few minutes per week. By doing this you will greatly improve the look of your upper body.
Lay down on your back with a dumbbell gripped in each hand. Hold the dumbbells straight out over your head, straight up in the air. Slowly bring them back to a horizontal position back to the point where you are completely horizontal, with the dumbbells straight back, then lock into that position. Rotate the dumbbells a full 180 degrees, slowly three times. Raise them back up to the starting position.
Do three reps of this move, then rest for one minute. Do three sets of this move starting out, and your shoulders will ache from this move, as it is a very concentrated exercise. As you progress, you can add an extra set when you feel up to it. In about a week you will begin to notice a change, not only in the shape of your shoulders, but in the strength in the muscle tone as well. In a couple of weeks, your shoulders will show a definition that you never had before, and will show quite a difference.
